Pitbull could be joining the cast of Fox's hit series Glee as the brother of Santana. 
‘You Know You Want Me’ singer Pitbull could be appearing in an upcoming episode of Fox's hit musical series Glee as the brother of Santana's character, per MTV. The rapper is the perfect choice to play the sibling of the feisty and aggressive Cheerio cheerleader who has just been outed as a lesbian at McKinley High School.
Pitbull isn't the only singer to possibly sign on during Santana's big arc reportedly coming up this January 2012, singer Gloria Estefan will also show up in the series from creator Ryan Murphy in the role of Santana's mother. Previously Ricky Martin of 'Livin la Vida Loca' fame was also set to join the same episode as Estefan, but plans have changed since the announcement of the singer’s guest role as a Spanish teacher.
Estefan tweeted the news after accepting the role. “Just gave birth to a bouncing baby teenage girl, Santana Lopez, from Glee! Lol! I hear I may also be having a boy...lol!”
“Santana is having a tough time with what's going on, her abuela, etc,” she added in regards to her character on the Fox hit series. “I know only what we fans who watch Glee know.”
Adding Pitbull would not only round out the cast, but make for a believable family on Santana’s side. Although the 'International Love' singer hasn’t confirmed as of yet, the odds are looking good per The Hollywood Reporter.
